I added some pretty textures and cozy touches from my favorite fall decor into my master bedroom. Â There is rain forecasted all week, therefore I will take the drop in temperatures, albeit it may just make it hot and humid in Texas. Â Either way, I am prepping for ‘cuddle weather.’ Â Whether it is snuggly blankets, fall scented candles, or natural elements, my bedroom is getting comfortable and cozy! Â Rain or shine, I will be drinking coffee and wearing fuzzy socks all week.
I found some beautiful bedding to transition my bedroom for Fall. Â You don’t have to get all new bedding to make a difference in a room. Â A new quilted coverlet, chunky throw or fun seasonal pillow can make all the difference. Â I love this quilted coverlet and matching shams with a country cottage look for a great price on Amazon, here. Â I love it because it has the vintage look of a patchwork quilt, but is fresh and modern. Â I also pulled out my ‘blessed’ pillow from my pillow stash. Â I just added my new bedding with some old favorites. I know some people love the richer colors of Fall, but I am always drawn to neutrals and blues. It is just so calming, especially in a bedroom. Â A soft taupe throw drapes the bed for naps and other necessary fall activities, like nights around the fire pit.
I love these amazing candles from Wandering Lark. Â It is amazing how lighting a good smelling candle can change your perspective for the day. Â This is pomegranate cider that smells like apple cider with hints of pomegranate. Â It smells so good, and I like the fresh, sweet smell of fruit. Â I support small businesses, and like that these candles are from a small shop in North Carolina with American grown soy wax and high quality oils. Â My favorites are cotton, lavender and rosemary; all so fresh! Â Y’all, they have pumpkin spice latte and apple pie, so get some!
Mini ‘count your blessings’ sign is from Krumpet’s Home Decor. Â Use code “CUTERTUDOR” for 10 percent off your order.
Adding natural elements, even faux, will give a fresh look to your space.  I adore all the textures of fall, which just seem to elevate with neutral decor.  I hung my favorite Deann Hebert cotton stem painting above the bed and added a few cotton stems here and there.  I found these beautiful chippy painted lamps at Antique Farmhouse. They have a great selection of decor and furniture at great prices.  I think the chippy wood and burlap shades are great for any season.  Chunky fabric pumpkins, faux lavender and dried wheat wrapped in burlap, wooden trays, the beaded chandelier and and a wreath made from natural coffee filters hung on the wall add more warm tones to the room.  If you want to make your own DIY coffee filter wreath, here’s a post!Â
