This garden themed Easter table decor from a few years ago will always be a favorite for Easter! The bunnies are made form natural fibers, so they add a natural element to the table. When mixed with faux greenery, cabbage and carrots, it creates a whimsical garden theme. It’s perfect for Spring.
Easter Sunday changes dates year-to-year. This year, Easter is on Sunday, April 12, 2020.
Don’t you think bunnies when you think of Easter decor? I do!
First, I used an orange and jute table runner. Then, I placed faux eucalyptus around the trays. For the centerpiece, I decorated a two tiered tray and placed a few decorative bunnies on pedestals.
Mini chalk boards can act as place cards, label food on the buffet or add to trays. Tip: To get a calligraphy lettered look, double up lines of downward strokes. Therefore, upward strokes are single lines.
Let the layering begin… It’s important to mix textures and patterns when setting a table. This includes using a variety of patterned and solid colored table linens, metallic chargers and ceramic dishes.
Often, I like to keep extra serving pieces and decor on the buffet table. This includes dessert plates, silverware and pitchers. A basket is cute and functional when filled with greenery, a bunny and napkins.
